Trainer Hvac

Advise technicians and operational service team for any problem regarding installation, product trouble etc
- Create scheduled technical training program and do training to technician (national)
- Troubleshooting of cases on field and make simulation on workshop
- Help supporting sales product knowledge training
- Handle training result evaluation, and also assist manager in coordinating with all divisions in regards to KPI arrangement
- Others related technical support
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field
- Familiar with residential AC & Commercial AC (VRF, Cassete, Chiller, Duct, etc)
- Strong Air Conditioner product knowledge and technical knowledge( installation, trouble shooting, etc)
- Strong management and public speaking skill
- Willing to do a business trip
