Job Description:

- Lead the finance, accounting, and tax departments of the company.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals, overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Prepare budgets and analyze actual performance against targets.
- Conduct financial data analysis to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop strategic plans for long-term growth and profitability.
- Oversee accounting functions, including general ledger reporting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
- Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize the company's tax position.
- Ensure tax compliance, manage filings, audits, and maintain relationships with auditors and tax authorities.
- Manage cash flow, including forecasting cash flow needs.
- Minimum education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance within the F&B industry.
- CPA or CFA certification is preferred.
- Possesses Brevet A and B certification.
- Proficient in reporting tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Experience working in the F&B sector.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead finance and accounting teams.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and management.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, financial regulations, and accounting principles.
