Daily monitoring of manpower fulfillment by OS.
- Regular visits to hubs when needed.
- Complying with the SOP & WI for OS employees, OS vendors, and internal Dagangan.
- Handle people issues in the area.
- Supporting the HRBP team in executing projects.
- 2-3 years experience in managing OS in multiple areas (especially West Java).
- High mobility and regularly visit Dagangan’s hub.
- Experienced in OS end-to-end recruitment process.
- In-depth knowledge of Excel and G-Suites.
- Data-driven as well as self-driven.
- Experienced in handling people issues.
- Preferably stay in Bandung or Bogor
