**Responsibilities**:
Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects by conducting research to find new Client leads.

Responsible for creating new database to support inbound team and sales division.

Work closely with other BD team to refer each Client leads for sales process.

Train and inform client or partners on our Binar Academy's products and services

Collaborate with Sales team and Business Owners to determine necessary strategic sales approaches develop

Calendar of activities to continually work prospect list

Provide prompt and courteous customer service.

Conducted events to generate leads

Perform other duties as assigned

Binar Academy is an end to end platform that focuses on technology education and digital talent recruitment. We claimed ourselves as the pioneer ed-tech platform focusing on developing digital skills through a defined learning path and diverse learning style to provide confidence in career growth for young talent.

**Job Requirements**:
1-2 years of proven sales experience. Preferably from an IT/Education Company.

Strong communication, presentation, and counsultation skills.

Capable of working with target & numbers.

Having experiences in organization and Events.

Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with client and customer.

Excellent listening and analytics skills.

Having a good attitude

Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
