- Help bring creative ideas to life, through motion, in a relevant and unique way.
- Execute original motion graphics and visual effects for promo spots, graphic packages, brand trailers, digital signage, product demos, agency reels, and case studies.
- Absorb creative direction while bringing unique ideas to the table.
- Scale video formats to cater to different digital media spots
- Ability to curate engaging Tiktok content with quick video edits and animation
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail during the production process.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Able to work on several projects at once.
- Work independently as well as with internal teams and clients to manage complex projects.

**Job Requirements**
- 1-2 years of motion design experience.
- Knowledge in creating motion and interactions for banners, ads, and web design
- Knowledge of 3D animation is a plus.
- Previous working experience in a creative agency environment is preferred.
- Background in film, animation, graphic design, and illustration.
- Considerable experience executing creative, narrative motion design to a high standard.
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
- Knowledge in video and sound editing programs is a plus (Final Cut Pro, Premiere, Logic).
- Fluent in communication and collaboration skills, internally and externally.
- Able to start immediately or with short notice, ideally.
- **24 months contract based**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 20 months

**Salary**: Rp1 - Rp2 per month
