Head of Architect

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for house projects;
Create innovative and sustainable house designs that align with client objectives and local building codes;
Produce detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using industry-standard software (minimum AutoCad and SketchUp);
Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors and also workers or carpenters to ensure the successful execution of projects;
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in house design and construction techniques;
Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the design and construction phases.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture;
Proven experience as a Head of Architect (minimum 3 years), with a strong portfolio showcasing your work;
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite;
Experienced in communicating directly with clients;
In-depth knowledge of techniques, materials, and sustainability principles;
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
Ability to work independently and as head of a team;
Architectural licensure SKK and/or SKA (highly preferred );
Fluent in English (highly preferred ).
