Ancillary Manager

Functional Responsibility:
- Manage operational activities in Ancillary to increase non-ticketing revenue at all stations throughout the AirAsia Indonesia network and develop new ancillary products.
- Strengthen AirAsia's brand image and customer advocacy.
- Promote AirAsia's culture within the organization.
- Ensure transparency and promote good governance.
- Develop and retain talents to groom next-generation leadership for the department.
Role Responsibility:
- Develop short-term plans and set high-level targets for the department to align with overall Group target and business plan.
- Oversee annual plan and budget developments for the department, including ensuring budget adherence to the approved budget.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with related business partners both internally and externally.
- Monitor SOPs development and amendment to ensure all SOPs align with Regional standards and guidelines and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Track operating progress and results against annual plans and KPIs to ensure targets are met and provide support as needed.
- Support innovation and continuous improvement, including promoting best practices within AirAsia.
- Communicate with Regional management on related topics to develop good relationships and understand business needs.
Functional Duties:
- Plan short-term strategy in ancillary function aligns with AOC and Regional strategy, including detailed activities and financial targets to optimize profit contribution.
- Periodically monitor research and analysis processes to make recommendations for ancillary product development and identify new opportunities for ancillary revenue streams.
- Monitor every station-related ancillary revenue stream on a daily and monthly basis to ensure precise collections from all stations.
- Ensure availability for regular reports to check and review actual ancillary revenues.
- Control actual expenses related to ancillary throughout the entire station.
- Fully coordinate with the marketing team to organize marketing campaigns for ancillary products, including regularly evaluating the effectiveness of marketing programs.
