**Position Summary**: We are looking for an experienced and personable Lead Hostess to join our team. As the Lead Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, overseeing the hostess team, and ensuring smooth operations at the front of the house. Your role will be critical in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Coordinate guest seating to optimize table turnover and maintain a smooth flow of service.
- Lead and supervise the hostess team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Work closely with the service and management teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure the hostess area is clean, organized, and prepared for each shift.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a hostess, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
