About the team
Our Eco Operations undertake non-security-related data annotation projects, mainly classify content from the two dimensions of video and account, assist international products to build their own data ecology, build accurate data models through annotation, and provide users content that meets users preference.
Promote machine learning in local content strategy and model development, and provide support for local market strategy formulation and activity operation through online market data mentoring.
Our frontline teams interact with images, video, text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.
Responsibilities
- Grow the team and oversee their day-to-day management.
- Continuously evaluate outcomes, propose improvements, and ensure a high level of productivity and quality.
- Strengthen the team's understanding of labeling policies and the target of labeling.
- Responsible for localizing working processes and strategies, managing the labeling projects with the Eco Specialists, and providing the labeling results in line with expectations.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of experience working on content quality or safety in a major tech or media company.
- 1 year of experience working as a team lead.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required. English will be utilized as the primary language for work, while Bahasa Indonesia will be used for market-specific communications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher.
- An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and possess good interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of online video contents, recommendation systems, and algorithms.
