Goeie Chaps adalah sebuah outlet coffee-eatery yang mengutamakan kualitas makanan dan minuman, serta suasana yang nyaman bagi para pelanggan. Kami sedang mencari seorang Kitchen Leader yang berpengalaman dan berdedikasi untuk bergabung bersama tim kami.

**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**:

- Memimpin tim dapur dalam menyiapkan makanan sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan.
- Mengawasi dan memastikan setiap proses produksi berjalan dengan efisien dan tepat waktu.
- Menyusun food cost dan menjaga penggunaan bahan baku agar tetap optimal.
- Memastikan kebersihan dan keamanan dapur selalu terjaga sesuai dengan SOP.
- Membuat laporan pemakaian bahan baku / daily inventory
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim dalam mengembangkan menu baru yang kreatif dan inovatif.

**Kualifikasi**:

- Pengalaman mínimal 2 tahun di posisi yang sama, terutama di industri F&B.
- Memiliki pengetahuan mendalam tentang food safety dan pengelolaan dapur.
- Kemampuan kepemimpinan yang baik dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
- Berorientasi pada detail dan kualitas.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift.
