In 2017, PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk built a subsidiary called PT Finansial Integrasi Teknologi (FIT). We believe that technology can facilitate more financial access to Indonesian people. FIT has launched its platform "Pinjam Modal" in October 2018.
Bertanggung jawab dalam mengkoordinir tim untuk mencapai target unit NDF Car.

Mengembangkan potensi leads dengan cara mencari dan merekrut BA (Business Agent)/Agen/ Mitra baru BFI dengan profil yang tepat seperti dealer atau showroom mobil yang merupakan orang atau pihak kedua yang bisa mempermudah menghubungkan dengan calon konsumen yang membutuhkan pinjaman dana dengan jaminan BPKB mobil.

Melakukan rekrutmen BA untuk memastikan kesesuaian profil BA guna mendukung pengembangan jaringan dan booking konsumen.

Mencari calon konsumen yang membutuhkan pembiayaan baik untuk kebutuhan konsumtif atau pun kebutuhan produktif (Modal Usaha) dengan jaminan BPKB Mobil, dapat dengan cara rekrut BA.

Menjaga hubungan kerja dan membantu BA untuk mengembangkan strategi BA guna meningkatkan kontribusi, produktivitas, dan loyalitas BA.

Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak lainnya dalam pelaksanaan aktifitas harian termasuk kunjungan dengan BA/agent/ mitra BFI.
Pria atau wanita, usia maksimal 30 tahun.

Pendidikan mínimal D3 semua jurusan.

Memiliki pengalaman di industri keuangan/bank.

Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik.

Menyukai pekerjaan lapangan.

Memiliki kendaraan roda dua dan SIM.

Komunikatif.

Terbiasa bekerja di bawah tekanan target.

Sudah melakukan vaksin mínimal Dosis-2.

Minimal pengalaman 2 tahun.

Lebih disukai punya pengalaman dibidang yang sama (Marketing Leasing)
