Manulife Indonesia is seeking a self-motivated Actuarial Analyst, who is obsessed with delivering value, is forward-thinking, and excited to see the successful implementation of the products they deliver. They will update and maintain the valuation model for the purpose of establishing a consistent and reliable model.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree, actuarial background are preferable
- In progress to be qualified as fellow of an actuarial organization (e.g. PAI, SOA, IAAust, IA)
- Advance user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- Demonstrate a good communication with other team

**Nice to Haves**:

- Preferable some prior knowledge of actuarial software (AXIS)
- Fluent in English
- Have prior internship experience in Actuarial
- Time management skill

**On the job you will**:
**Responsibilities 1**:

- To build a centralized actuarial model to support reserving and other KPI reporting purposes by assessing a proper control, which include but not limited to:

- Policy data validation
- Assumption validation
- Model validation
- Change Management

**Responsibilities 2**:

- To maintain a robust valuation model by performing validation and ensuring appropriate checks to minimize inaccuracies
- To ensure proper documentations are maintained for the valuation process

**Responsibilities 3**:

- To work with other departments and provide advice in relation to the modelling purposes including but not limited to Product and Pricing, CIFRS and Experience Study team.
- To work closely with VST team in model conversion project of current Indonesia model

**Responsibilities 4**:

- To support valuation and financial reporting under Canadian IFRS (CGAAP) basis
- To support Sources of Earnings (SOE) analysis. Review, monitor, and comment on earnings and other financial results/trends.

**Responsibilities 5**:

- To support ad-hoc actuarial projects related to with other teams.
