The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Focus more towards technical and operational aspects to improve a UI/UX in Shopee Supermarket.
- Leading in execution for revenue generating projects e.g. investment from brands, SKU buying (B2B) from Supermarket to another shop
- Create weekly report for brand investment & performance in Supermarket; monitor & compile the issues
- Sole PIC for Ops related issue in Supermarket: feature/shipping/SKU/pricing which is essential in for growth & longevity for Supermarket
- Assist in creating & executing new initiatives to improve Supermarket business overall

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in related field
- Have working experience in ecommerce and/or ecommerce enabler would be a plus
- Have structured problem solving skills, strategic & structured thinking, good analytical thinking, and good presentation skills.
- Comfortable to manage multiple projects with different stakeholders
- Able to analyze large scale data sets (excel/gsheet) and turn it into meaningful insights
- Excellence top down communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Good team player with positive attitude, self driven, and independent would be a plus
