- Mentor junior artist on the project
- Work with stakeholders to find a balance between optimism and visual appeal
- Reduce 3D models and textures in the game using Unity
- Improve problem areas in performance
- Significant prior experience in a 3D Game Art role
- Have worked on one or more shipped title
- Strong understanding of best practices for 3D modelling and lighting
- Experience working in Blender
- Able to work in different visual styles
- Great attention to detail
- Experience working with game engines such as Unity/Unreal
