Receive, record, and classify every form that related to service requests from owner and incident for making decision in the process
Perform initial settlement of service requests from owner and incident
Conduct escalation to the next parties if there is any request or incident that can’t be resolve by service desk
Reporting IT service & incident to FIF management during a certain period
Bachelor degree, preferably in technical information & system information
Proficiency in operating Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office
Proficiency in programming language and database tools
Have knowledge about IOS or Android Application
Have a good driving force, courage, and integrity
Proficiency in planning & driving action skills
Able to work in customer focus manner
