Foreman (Technical)

Responsible for the shift performance & manpower arrangement
- Carry out hands-on troubleshoot on injection process
- Ensure first shot sample is reviewed & approved based on SOP
- Monitor process cycle time and product shot weight are within tolerance
- Ensure process control by adhering to the tolerance of the machine master parameter
- Perform regular part quality inspection
- Ensure machine downtimes & the reasons are properly recorded
- Possess SPM/certificate/Diploma in engineering or related field
- Able to read and write simple technical reports in english
- Min. 5 years experience as a supervisor in plastics injection moulding
- Competent in mould set up & injection moulding troubleshooting
- Basic computer knowledge & able to work on shift
