Buyer - Indirect Supervisor

Negotiate with the seller to find the best selling price, including the bid price and negotiation techniques
- Searching for and obtaining information about the condition, type, availability or value of goods
- Act as a liaison between the company and suppliers/vendors and manage the relationship with them on a day-to-day basis, including service, delivery, quality, and billing issues
- Manage the purchasing process (PO) such as rescheduling, cancellations, expediting, and confirmations to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper communication and understanding of requirements plans, procurement specifications and arrival plans.
- Assist in budget reports and present cost analysis to management for decision-making purposes
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Have purchasing, inventory, and distribution management skills
- Have managerial skills and budgeting skills, budgeting and cost control, analytical evaluation of various suppliers and selection of goods are integral parts of the buyer's role
- Have knowledge of Import & Customs processes, including HS Codes
- Good in English written & speaking will be advantages
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with key suppliers, strong negotiation and ability to close business transactions
- Willing to be placed in Semarang, Central Java
