Merchant Incubation

**Responsible for the New Merchant incubation process to ensure the performance of the new merchant joiner.**

Engage the long tail merchant to push the suitable campaign for the merchant.

Create engagement activity offline and online to activate merchant community.

**Requirements / Criteria**:

- Public Speaking Skills / Able to become public speaker
- Basic data processing (i.e excel/spreadsheet formula, pivot)
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills
- Sales & negotiation skills and experience
- Ability to work independently and detail oriented
- Able to work under pressure and target
- Photo and Video editing skills
- Willing to be placed at Purwakarta, work both on field and office.

2. Recommend and push merchant for Promotion adoption & Ads adoption

3. Merchant education via by conducting Merchant Academy

4. Engage merchant community offline and online

5. Merchant flow process improvement
