What you will be doing:

- Assist the Operations Support Manager with department functions and park operations
- Develop, implement, and improve department processes as assigned by Operations

Support Manager
- Specialized responsibility under Administration, Training, Operation, and Risk Management
- Coach and counsel employees Your experience and skills include:

- 1 year of lifeguard experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Current or previous experience as a lifeguard within programs such as Ellis & Associates, StarGuard ELITE, or American Red Cross
- Combined 5 years of experience utilizing the Ellis & Associates Program, including experience as a front-line lifeguard as well as direct supervision of lifeguards
- Operational experience supervising lifeguard headcounts over 20
- Practical experience in one or more areas of waterpark operation, including

Administration, Training, Operations, and Risk Management
- High reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
- Basic competency in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

**Salary**: From Rp22,000,000 per month
