Join our dynamic team at **2M Design Lab**' as a talented **3D Artist**

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning 3D models, animations and renderings to support our clients' creative projects across a variety of industries. Your exceptional 3D skills and eye for detail will be crucial in bringing our clients' visions to life.

**Role Overview**
- Produce high-quality 3D models, assets and animations for various projects
- Collaborate closely with the design team to understand client requirements and translate them into innovative 3D solutions
- Optimise 3D models for effective rendering and integration into different platforms
- Assist in the development of comprehensive 3D design concepts and visualisations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D design trends, techniques and software
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our 3D design processes and workflows

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience as a 3D Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in 3D modelling, texturing, lighting and rendering
- Proficiency in 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D or Blender
- Strong understanding of 3D principles, including topology, UV mapping, and materials
- Familiarity with rendering engines like Unreal, Unity or V-Ray
- Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing project requirements
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest 3D design trends and technologies
