Collect and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), cash, and stock (inbound and outbound) data with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain for processing all order-related documents to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Regularly verify data entries against source documents to identify and correct discrepancies
- Generate accurate financial and inventory reports as required

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data reconciliation, financial data management, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using financial and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
