To manage enterprise systems and associated partner providers to ensure that availability and performance of the systems and partners meet the business need

To support the discovery of new technology / product solutions and selection of the product and vendor.

To perform technical enhancement to the integration between internal systems and shared enterprise system.

Develop the strategy and technology roadmap for Shared Enterprise Systems in collaboration with the Technology Architecture team

Act as a technical lead in product/vendor selection process in collaboration with stakeholders

Find the suitable technology/product solutions to meet the provided business & user requirements

**Manage enterprise systems including**: partner & vendor monitoring, performance evaluation, and continuous enhancement
5+ working experience as a Senior Solution Engineer or relevant role

Has intermediate understanding of Modern Technology concept, industry standards & best practices for large-scale enterprise-grade system from Infrastructure, DevSecOps, Software Engineering, Operation, Monitoring & maintenance

Has advanced capability to lead and collaborate with stakeholders to capture and translate user requirements into comprehensive RFP (e.g functional, technical, integration, support & maintenance) for vendor selection process on small project (1-2 system integration)

Has advanced capability to define and run partner and system performance monitoring, assessment, evaluation, and recommendation

Continuous improvement on the services both by internal and vendor support, enhancement, or collaboration/replacement with/from other partners

Able to Lead independently One small project implementation (1-2 system integrations).

Has intermediate capability on communication and negotiation skills with partner
