Today, We are seeking a **IT Officer.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain local network infrastructures, including fiber optic networks, WiFi, and CCTV systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot WiFi networks, CCTV systems, and access control devices to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of network topology, focusing on both wired (fiber optic) and wireless (WiFi) networks.
- Ensure the smooth operation of CCTV systems, including the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of networked cameras and related equipment.
- Provide technical support for all network-related issues, including the configuration of routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of network expansions, upgrades, and improvements.
- Configure and maintain Mikrotik routers and devices, ensuring proper network traffic management and security protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless network connectivity for business operations and security systems.
- Document all network configurations, topologies, and system changes for future reference and troubleshooting.

**Job Requirements**:

- In-depth understanding of fiber optic network topology, installation, and maintenance.
- Proven expertise in designing and maintaining CCTV and WiFi systems, including their topologies.
- Hands-on experience in configuring WiFi access points, CCTV systems, and access control devices.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of configuring Mikrotik routers and devices.
- Proven experience and knowledge of local network infrastructure, including cabling, switches, and routers.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Relevant certifications in networking or IT are a plus.
