As a **Food and Beverage Manager (FBM),** you will be responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage operation of the hotel, ensuring seamless service, quality standards, and guest satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field; additional certifications in F&B management are a plus.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of F&B service standards, menu planning, and cost control.
- Proficient in using F&B management tools and MS Office.
- Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor the F&B team, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Plan and execute menus in collaboration with the kitchen team, aligning with guest preferences and trends.
