To support SG Sales in yearly target

**Bagaimana Anda dapat berkontribusi dan berkembang disini?**:
**1. Ensures Market visibility and Development**
a. Initiates and maintains contacts to better identify their current and potential needs
b. Prospection planning according to sales development objectives defined for the Market

**2. Leads prospecting initiatives to detect new opportunities**
a. Select prospection list to feed sales opportunity portfolio in the Market
b. Define prospecting visits plan
c. Manages opportunity detection and qualification by defining priorities

**3. Promotes selected AL solutions to potential and existing customers**
a. Develops and leverages confidence based relationships at both business and technical level within customer organizations
b. Proposes AL technical solutions to selected customers. Proposes tests at customer's site in collaboration with Application Specialist if necessary

**4. Conducts business development**
a. Defines, prepares and presents commercial proposals in collaboration with technical proposal
b. Develop channel through strategic partnership (OEM/EPC)
c. Participates in tender, offer, contract reviews and contract signature negotiation
d. Update dashboards, opportunity lists, references lists of his/her market

**Apakah Anda sesuai?**:

- Bachelor Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Has a minimum 3 years experience in B2B in sales & Business Development
- Strong people management skills.
- Analytical and strategic person.
- Resourcefulness, effective communication and customer relationship management.
- Possess initiative and able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
