Qualification:

- Bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering, Management, Businesss Administration, Industrial Management
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa and English (passive)
- Having minimum 2 year experience as Administration Staff, preferred as production administration in manufacture industry, but fresh graduate with administration ability are welcome to apply
- Accurate in managing and reporting data
- Having positive attitude and mindset
- Having knowledge in ISO 9001, 22000 and GMP
- Willing to work at Sidoarjo (East Java) and working in shifting hour (2nd & 3rd shift)

Responsibilities:

- Handling all data transaction in operation department, including raw material usage through finished goods output.
- Recording data machine maintenance actions.
- Updating employee working schedule, annual leave, sick leave, alpha, and overtime hour.
- Follow up and updating every finding in audit and its corrective actions
- Responsible to cross checking between cleaning checklist and its actual condition in production area.
- Reporting daily-weekly-monthly production activity and its general issues to Operation Manager

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak, Permanen

Gaji: Rp4.200.000 - Rp4.600.000 per bulan
