We are currently looking for an experienced Product Owner Automation, based in Jakarta. YOUR "DAY TO DAY" In this role you will be responsible to drive the automation as part of digital COE team for company (PMI). You will cooperate with business stakeholders, IT and partner for delivery and operational excellence You will join the digital factory team which is one of the pillars in our Digital Transformation Office. This structure is a fundamental part of scaling up Digital Services across PMI Business Solutions and aims at accelerating process excellence, delivering superior customer experience and fostering digital mind-set. - Be the point of contact from business, IT and partner for the automation initiative - Collaboration with business and partner to identify the automation opportunity - Asses the automation idea and propose the solution with the cost benefit calculation - Build KPI Dashboard for the Automation project delivery and backlog - Move the obstacle in the day-to-day activities to achieve operational excellence - By constantly contributing to deliver high quality product, best use of technology and maximize the process - Act as project manager to deliver automation project follow the standard framework - Owned and monitor the performance of existing automation WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Min. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economic, or Information System - Having 3-4 years working experience as a Product Owner/Project Manager/Leader - A person with strong interest and knowledge on new technologies - A candidate with business case management and financial acumen - Automation technology like RPA, Phyton, Machine learning, Cloud knowledge is a plus - SAFe methodology knowledge is a plus - Certified Product Owner/Project Management is a plus A person technically savvy with strong finance business process - An individual with strong knowledge of Agile development framework - A person with customer centricity, who can see things through a customers' point of view and understand product benefits for the customer - A person with extensive change, engagement, excellent collaboration, communication and influencing skills - A candidate able to assess the value, manage dependencies and prioritize based on the data and business value - A candidate with problem solving, design thinking and user experience - able to generate creative solutions to specific customer problems using design thinking and building product features with user experience guidance - An individual with experimental mind-set-comfortable with failure, learn and move on - Fluent in English is a mandatory, both written and verbal - Willing to be located in Jakarta/Surabaya WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
