Matchbox Mobile - Gear Inc provides industry leading Image Moderation, Social Media Management, IT Consulting, Application Development, Game Development, and Outsourcing Services. We are experts in moderating online user generated content.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledgers.
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance.
- Utilize Xero accounting software for various accounting tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiencies.
- Handle other duties as assigned by senior accountants.

**Qualifications**
- Degree/ Diploma or above in accounting.
- Fluent in English - both spoken and written (this is a must).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Some accounting or taxation experience.
- Able to work independently or under pressure.
- Must have Xero accounting system experience.
- Willing to work on-site in Bali, Indonesia.
- Preferably Indonesian.
