Manage all stepping rollout process with team for each wave

Manage workshop and include in process to find setting and configuration for each outlet

Identification of possible business gap and issues along Rollout

Explain cut over strategy Manage key user training with lead analyst

Manage testing and logging DMS Configuration and Setting result in accordance with DMS document Setting and Configuration

Manage activity support user in cut over activity and record issues in issue log

Manage master data checking activity that already uploaded

Good in Excel, Word, and other word processing software programs

Showcase good analytical and evaluative skill and task

Showcase good written and oral communication skills

Have ability to plan, organize, and structure work

Strong interest in learning and have the ability to lead, nurture & coach

Strong analytical skill, able to identify and prioritize critical concerns and provide recommended solutions

Strong interpersonal skill

Communicates with self-assurance and confidence, able to deliver clear, concise and compiling message

Highly skilled in Excel, Word, and other word processing software programs

Ability to multitask, create requirement documentation in English, and conduct complete requirement gathering

Have experience in basic retrieving data (query) from database (SQL Server or Oracle) Experience in create testing scenario

Basic knowledge of financial transaction is an advantage Experience in multi finance business is an advantage

Passive in english (writen and spoken)

Willing to work in different cities and travel
