Job description for Business Development at AksoroKey Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships
- Keeping dozens of hiring processes on track simultaneously - including providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing the recruitment processes forward
- Work with internal team members to ensure end to end recruitment process is going well

Skills Needed:

- Preferably have experience as a Business Development or similiar
- Good analytical skill, good planning & organizing skill
- Good communication skill and preferably a people person
- Seek for fast growing environment
- Willing to be placed at Yogyakarta (WFO)

Pay: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month

Ability to Commute:

- Yogyakarta (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Yogyakarta: Relocate before starting work (required)
