**Your Role and Responsibilities**
A Demand Strategist is responsible for the design, development and optimization of omnichannel marketing programs associated with demand motions for technology & consulting for Indonesia.

**A Demand Strategist will**:

- Translate business objectives into world-class marketing experiences with committed outcomes and expected ROI for Technology & Consulting, in tight partnership with the Indonesia Country Marketing & Communications Leader & Team, Digital Sales and Business Leadership Team.
- Understand business requirements and develop the strategy for the full customer journey to drive demand, in partnership with Experience Engine disciplines (Media, Analytics, Automation, Digital).
- Outline the required business outcomes and objectives from the Demand Plan to the Marketing discipline teams, providing direction regarding suitable channels for execution.
- Utilize end-to-end marketing funnel and business contribution reporting, communicating results with the business and with Marketing disciplines to optimize the customer journey for the Indonesia business.

**Required Professional Expertise**:

- Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience in IT business segment.
- Client-Centricity and Understanding the buyer.
- Ability to work in tight collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Understanding of IBM’s products and services.
- It would be great if have sales experience.
