This role is responsible for overseeing the daily HR operations within the organization. This role involves managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the organization in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Job Description
- Lead payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including working time, health insurance, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and submit HR reports and metrics to senior management.
- Assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
- Implement and execute HR Plans: Participate in driving the HR programs and initiatives in support of the functional and HR agenda.

Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Management or related field.
5+ years of experiences in Human Resources with MNC background
Demonstrate experience in full spectrum of Human Resources functions
Strong sense of HR ethical, detailed oriented and with "CAN DO" attitude
Good command of English
