At INDICO, we are looking for a passionate UI/UX Product Designer to become a part of our innovative team. In this role, you will contribute to crafting engaging and user-friendly digital experiences across our product lines. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to balance user needs with business objectives, ensuring that our digital products are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

**What you will do but not limited to**:

- Study PRD, design briefs, define user flow, and determine product design requirements
- Conceptualize visuals and user experiences based on requirements
- Collaborate with copywriters, product managers, and engineers to produce final designs
- Participate on user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Define acceptable success criteria/metric of product design, and conduct effective usability testing to measure
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and align with product-brand guidelines
- Utilize and maintain design systems, patterns, and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing design principles and user-centered methodologies
- Strong experience with MUI design system, Figma, InDesign, Illustrator
- Experience working with front-end engineers to convert designs into functional interfaces
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and implement design decisions and research findings to stakeholders
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Passionate about empowering Indonesia’s digital economy and accelerating digital wealth distribution
