**Responsibilities**:

- Provide Leadership whilst carryout supervision of trades, sub-contractors on shutdowns across sites throughout Asia.
- Conduct planning and scheduling of crew’s workloads to meet shut require ments and timeframes.
- Kiln inspection. CB cooler inspection
- Ensure all work is undertaken in a safe & timely manner in accordance FLS’s and client’s requirements.
- Lead FLS Safety culture by example by conducting pre-start & post shift debriefs, conduct safety leadership tours / field.

What you bring
- Proven “hands on” Supervisory experience in service. Kiln inspection CB cooler
- but not limited to Kiln also it will be an avance if have knowledge other FLSmidth Equipment as ball mills, CB cooler
