Fluent English

Strong analytical thinking skills in order to deeply understand end-to-end processes and conduct impact analysis

Strong communication skills (Bahasa and English) to effectively convey your ideas and influence peers and relevant stakeholders

Advanced Google Sheets skills; familiarity with Excel, Jira, BQ, SAS, or SQL is a plus
