This role will be reporting to the **IT PMO Manager**.

**Main Function**

Oversee project status and technical resource availabilities to ensure all projects can be managed and completed within timeline.

**Main Responsibility**
- Ensure project management standards are being executed across the IT project portfolio
- Perform project team member supervision including performance management, career growth and development
- Analyze project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects.
- Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project delivers on schedule and within budget.
- Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.
- Implement project communications including project steering committee meetings and status reports
- Liaison with appointed project assurance representatives to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project
- Maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact

**Job Requirement**
- At least 3 years of experience in product development of banking/ payment/ FinTech
- Previous experience in handling for **Core Banking System/ Middleware **product
- Experienced in end-to-end project management
