We are looking for a professional Real Estate representative for selling and marketing our products. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
- A thorough understanding of the sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to winning.

**Requirements**:

- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
- Achieve and increase sales targets.
- Provide daily, weekly or monthly reports.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc).
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors.
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Conducting viewings and follow up.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain regular contact with all clients.
- Display and market property to possible buyers/investors.
- Generate quality leads from company paid property marketing portals.
