- Administration for New Employee (Prepare Id Card, Registration for BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan )
- Monitoring employee's attendance.
- Handling expatriate documents: KITAS, Passport
- Make a plan and action to employee skill up
- Handle problem between employee and Company
- Make a monthly report regarding HRGA
- Manage tasks with subordinate staffs
- Handle Union related tasks
- Other related tasks
