Hub Supervisor

**Position Job Scope including, but not limited to**:

- Fully handle the operational activities of delivery hub (Instant delivery, Gomart, Grabmart, etc.).
- Supervise and ensure daily inventory flow running well according to SOPs, from stock transfer request to warehouse, items receiving, storing, and waste.
- Conduct the personnel development for hub worker and delivery couriers.
- Maintain on time pickup and on time delivery no less than 95% with good delivery handling according to SOPs.
- Communication & coordination with other department to daily operational smooth.
**Qualification Requirements**:

Have at least 5 years of work experience in relevant field
- Have an experience in analytical field and warehouse management
- Willing to work in shift
- Willing to work on weekend
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya/Bali
**Skill Requirements**:

- Demonstrate good analytical skill
- Have a good communication skill
- Demonstrate good skill in Microsoft excel
- Good on detail and numbers
- Multitasking
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
