Summary of Responsibilities

A Houseman is responsible for maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness in public areas such as lobby, elevators and hallways. Additionally, the Houseman may be required to clean the Residences unit based on the resident's requests. Upon doing the cleaning services, they have to take care of the resident's goods and valuable items.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum one year of experience in the same level, preferably in 5 stars hotels or residences.
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
- The ability to speak other languages will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- A diploma in Room Division is preferred.
