Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of backend functionalities.
- Participate in project planning and software design discussions with the team.
- Troubleshoot and debug appication issues with guidance from senior developers.
- Create and maintain software documentation.
- Contribute to the continous improvement of the development process within the team.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a Bacherlor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Proven 3-5 years experience in backend development.
- Familiarity with.NET (C#) & Microsoft SQL server
- Familiarity with.Java & NextJs is a plus.
- Experience with Reporting Tools and Queries.
- Knowledge with front end development using ReactJs or React-Native.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of IOS and android mobile development is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work Location: Batam, Indonesia.
- Required languages : Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Travelling to Singapore will be required.
