**How you will do it**:

- Manage site activities to ensure compliance to quality standards
- Establish and maintain appropriate relationships with customers, enabling the company to be active & leading, speedy response time
- Coordinate and Supervision of Project Engineer work at site on Multiple Data Center Project
- Assign task to, and supervise Project Engineer, Technician, if any
- Coordinate and monitor work progress with customer and relevant parties
- Plan work schedule for the project under responsibility
- Prepare and submission project documentation such as project plan, script, drawing, technical specification and OMM
- Ensure and monitor submission report in Automated Commissioning Management System (ACMS) and Construction Management Platform
- Participate in the regular meeting of the project, allocate, arrange and complete the relevant work on time according to the meeting requirements
- Manage project and control cost to ensure project is completed on time within budget, contractual and safety standard
- Update projects progress regularly to Project Manager
- Identify and secure change order
- Hand over project to customer and to service team upon the successful completion of project
- Perform regular quality audit for all the suppliers and sub-contractors

**What we look for**:

- Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university, majoring in Electronics, Computer & Science, Instrumentations, Mechanical Applied Science, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC system and Chiller Plant
- English proficiencies (reading, writing, conversation) are essential.
- Excel, Word, and Project are essential.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Need to travel around Indonesia.
- Require interaction with clients, consultants and sub-contractors, etc.
- Need to work odd hours as and when required, whenever the work need to be done on time
