Batam, Indonesia Holiday Inn Resort Batam Full time

**Position Overview**:
**We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resource Officer with a strong focus on administrative functions to join our team at Holiday Inn Resort Batam. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting our staff in a fast-paced hotel environment.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, such as employment contracts and onboarding materials.
- Support payroll administration and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
- Assist with performance management documentation and tracking.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support to HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support staffing needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa & English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations is a plus.
