**Position Summary**:
Rainforest Alliance seeks to engage a committed individual as an Assistant in Finance and Administration (F&A). The post holder will report to Team Manager, Palm Oil and work closely with Administration Coordinator, Finance Manager, GIC Manager, Senior Accountant, Human Resources (HR) Advisor, and other staff to provide the team with financial, administrative, HR, and logístical support.

**Responsibilities**:
**Provide daily accounting and financial support i.e.**:

- Support the reviewing of invoices, payments, vouchers, receipts, and expenses by checking general ledger account/project identify and make corrections if needed, including filing of documents/receipts and vendor procurement files;
- Assist in administrative task during external financial or tax audits;
- Scan vouchers, contracts and other relevant documents;
- Handle petty cash and regular payment of office phone and other office utilities;
- Support the tax filling process (e-spt input)

**Logistical and office support**:

- Organize the distribution of logistic and shipping materials;
- Responsible for ordering office supplies and stationaries such as envelopes, business cards, papers etc.;
- Provide organizational and logístical support for workshops, events, meetings and trips, staff retreats;
- In close coordination with the Housekeeper, make sure the office facilities are well cleaned and the schedule of office equipment maintenance performed consistently per agreed timelines;
- Handle incoming and outgoing letters;
**HR/personnel support**:

- Arrange gifts/flowers for staff weddings, grievances, staff anniversaries and any other occasions;
- Handle medical reimbursement for staff and family members in coordination with the insurance provider;
- Support in BPJS administrative tasks.
- Back-up support in managing payroll, payroll changes, employee benefits, and statutory deductions.
- Assist in recruitment and new staff onboarding.
- Support to keep an overview of leave entitlements, requests, and balances.

**Compliance support**:

- Support compliance with RA policies and procedures in the country;
- Support Review/draft contracts and ensure their archiving in the salesforce platform;
- Support branch/subsidiaries to meet all compliance requirements and support procurement and national contracts to meet all RA and donor requirements.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Management, Accounting or Business Administration or their equivalent;
- Maximum two years of work experience (including traineeship/internship) in Finance and/or Administration; fresh graduate is encouraged to apply:

- Excellent computer, communication, planning, and organizational skills;
- Ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Willingness to work to meet tight timelines;
- Verbal and written fluency in English and Indonesian.
