- Establish and maintain the brand's creative vision and identity across all platforms
- Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance the brand's visual identity and customer appeal
- Lead the design team in developing innovative and on-trend designs for the Muslim wear product line
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that designs align with overall brand strategy
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the design team to foster their growth and development
- Ensure that all designs are in line with the brand's values and principles
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as photographers and models
- Manage and oversee all aspects of creative production, including copywriting, design, and production
- Ensure that all creative work is of the highest quality and delivered on time and within budget
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in fine art, graphic design, or a similar discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in concept/creative development, such as copywriting, design, or production skills

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
- Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
- A passion for creativity and a commitment to quality
- Able to provide strategic guidance to designers on overarching concepts for collections and help guide the aesthetic vision of the brand.
