Job Description:

- Help and assist scrum teams and other stakeholders to learn and implement the scrum framework.
- Remove barriers and impediments for scrum teams.
- Create the sprint daily report and documentation about the team's progress to make it visible to the entire team, product owner, and all the stakeholders
- Assisting day-to-day events and sprint events in scrum teams ex: daily stand-up, project grooming, sprint review, etc.
- Helping manage JIRA and confluence within the team
- Assisting PO and helping with maintaining the backlog, burn down metrics, velocity, and task definition
- Participate and contribute to the product roadmap and release plans
- Proactively establish good working relationships with all project team members and representatives of all impacted organizations
- Help broadcast decisions and information to the right stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Preferably have 2 years of working experience related to scrum and agile
- **Experience facilitating all Scrum events independently**:

- Hands-on facilitating internal communication, and external communications and performing effective collaboration in the organization
- **Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)**:

- **Extensive knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like scrum, and kanban.**:

- **Previous experience with the following is also strongly preferred: JIRA, Confluence, or other Project Management tools.**:

- **Fluency in English (written and spoken) required**:

- **Scrum master certification is a plus.**:

- **Experience coaching team members in agile frameworks for both technical and non-technical audiences.**:
