**Responsibilities for Project Manager( Switchgear Factory)**
1. Carry out Handover Meetings from Order Execution Project Manager for all projects and review project requirements.
- 2. Order processing:
- 1. Data entry in IT tools relevant for order processing (mainly SAP)
- 2. Final technical order clarification
- 3. Drawing up and forwarding of order documentation
- 3. Review the Bill of Material and do timely transfer to SCM for ordering of material.
- 4. Will be the Factory's main contact, post order.
- 5. Manage the Factory project commercials including sales cost, material costs, labour costs and gross margin.
- 6. Coordinate requirements with production with regular reviews on project progress, deadlines, witness testing, deliveries and site works.
- 7. Identify project changes and variations and have proper change and claim documentation
- 8. Prepare and Issue Monthly project report to management team
- 9. Collaborate with other departments like Engineering, Finance, SCM & Logistics for successful project execution
- 10. Ensuring compliance with defined procedures/processes for project controlling and reporting
- 11. Evaluate project performance to find opportunities for Gross Margin improvement.
- 12. Provide team, management with regular updates on work completed, plans, budget, strategy, adjustments and overall progress.
- 13. Proactive contract and claim management & Risk Management.
- 14. Conduct FAT with customer and close punch points with support of QC.
- 15. Conducting Lessons Learned workshop in periodic intervals and successful conclusion of the project.
- 16. Comply with the Siemens Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g. occupational health and safety and environmental protection)
- 17. Planning manufacturing processes of MV and LV Switchgears.
- 18. Planning of all operations related to main and auxiliary manufacturing lines including quality, dispatch and engineering processes. (Source-Make-Deliver).
- 19. Monitoring and tracking key process indicators.
- 20. Coordinating and collaborating with factory internal groups.
- 21. Evaluating the process risks and initiating necessary actions.
- 22. Following Siemens Production System principles.
- 23. Logistics
- Coordinating and planning logístical operations
- Creating, compiling, and sending the Project related documentation
- For the duration of the logistics process, coordinating and informing transportation and processing service providers of all dates and information is necessary to guarantee seamless and economical shipment and document flow.
- Active participation in teamwork with other participants and interface partners, forwarding of all pertinent information, for self
- and other-education, and building the best logístical chain possible.
**Qualifications for Project Manager( Switchgear Factory)**
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 2. 5-8 years of project management and related experience
- 3. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- 4. Strong technical background about Switchgears (MV,LV etc)
- 5. Strong Contract and claim management skills.
- 6. Very good command in SAP (MM, PP, SD modules)
- 7. Knowledge on production technologies and scheduling of manufacturing.
- 8. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
- 9. Being a team player and motivated for innovation and digitalization.
- 10. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- 11. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
