**Role Overview**

The role will also focus on supporting and coaching our QAs across the business units. You and the team will run regular sessions for knowledge sharing or training. You'll also work directly with SDET and QA team members to help solve problems, discuss ideas or support them with more strategic decisions.

**Responsibilities**
- Build and manage a team of SDETs to deliver Automation Framework, Tooling, Test Infrastructure and System.
- Work with QA/Test Leads to create an overall strategy for integrating and improving the automation testing across QAs organization towards shift-left and automation-first approach.
- Assessment on what automation in place and collaborating with QAs, and Development teams to identify and implement gaps in the testing strategy with Automated scripts.
- Coach individuals within the SDET team, helping them develop testing tools and systems.
- Hands-on coding, responsible for guiding and implementing the Automation Test strategy within a DevOps environment, and plumbing into Continuous Testing pipelines.
- Build Technical Documentation for Technical Design, Technical Decisions and Implementation details.
- Contribute to and influence end to end test strategy for the team and wider department
- Drive your teams forward by being objective and supportive, as well as raising the bar continuously by striving for great delivery and code quality.
- Actively participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards
- Work with other leaders in Traveloka Technology employing your skills of technologies, communicating your ideas effectively and driving alignment with key stakeholders to create successful outcomes of business and engineering growth.

Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences)
- 4+ years of experience in the Testing domain and preferred in Automation Testing. Someone with a Software Engineering background will be a plus.
- 1+ years of Experience as a SDET/Technical QA Lead and demonstrated ability as both a people manager and project leader.
- Has experience in building Testing Systems and is able to review and analyze system requirements and understand technical architecture.
- Deep knowledge in Testing Framework Appium and Selenium, or other Automation Frameworks.
- Has completed at least 2 adoption of automation testing from inception or heavily involved in the creation and implementation of the framework
