About the Job
Minimum Qualifications
- 6-7 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in sourcing and engaging senior talent in specific business functions, including such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Risk & Compliance
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships effortlessly
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in business or sales, with a solid understanding of organizational needs and goals
- Previous exposure to scaling a company from 200 to 1000+ employees in a tech, B2B/B2C, SaaS, e-commerce, or payments startup environment
- Experience in headhunting and talent acquisition, including sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent, preferably in a headhunting or recruitment agency setting
**Responsibilities**:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, and selecting the best and right talent for Xendit
- Utilize diverse channels to source the right talent and experiment with new methods of talent acquisition
- Network and nurture relationships with key talent pools in Asia, particularly in Southeast Asia (SEA)
- Support hiring teams throughout the execution process, making their lives easier and ensuring adherence to best practices
- Go above and beyond to contribute to the success of Xendit
- Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed
