**Position Title**: Cluster Sales & Marketing Manager
**Location**: Komodo Resort, Indonesia
**Reports To**: General Manager / COO
**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Sales & Marketing Leadership**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the brand’s vision, positioning Komodo Resort as a premier destination in Komodo National Park.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistent and compelling communication across all platforms.
- **Revenue Management & Business Development**:
- Drive revenue growth through innovative sales initiatives, including direct sales, OTA channels, partnerships, and B2B channels.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and key corporate clients to expand client base.
- Collaborate with the reservations team to develop pricing and promotional strategies that maximize occupancy and RevPAR.
- **Digital Marketing & Brand Presence**:
- Manage and optimize the resort’s website and booking engine to enhance user experience and drive direct bookings.
- Lead content strategy for all online channels, including compelling storytelling, high-quality visuals, and accurate representation of resort offerings.
- **Team Leadership & Development**:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales and marketing team, providing clear direction, motivation, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team, ensuring accountability and alignment with the resort’s objectives.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and innovation, encouraging team members to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:
- Conduct regular performance analysis, providing detailed reports on KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and sales forecasts.
- Present insights to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Use data-driven approaches to refine and enhance marketing and sales tactics for greater impact.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5-7 years of senior sales and marketing experience, with a strong track record in the luxury hospitality or travel industry. Experience in managing multiple properties or regions (cluster role) is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to develop effective sales and marketing plans.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online distribution channels.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster valuable partnerships.
- Analytical skills and experience in using data to inform decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.

- S1 (preferred)
**Experience**:
- People Management: 3 years (preferred)
- Sales Marketing: 5 years (required)
- Hospitality Industry: 5 years (required)
**Language**:
